As you step through the majestic front door, secured with century-old locks, you’ll be mesmerized by the stained-glass window and the period staircase. Make no mistake, this hotel is anything but frozen in time; it’s a place of passion and heart. Wherever you look, your eyes will be drawn to curious objects and travel souvenirs. The atmosphere could almost be taken from a postcard. The grand salon with its cozy fireplace invites you to read awhile, while the art gallery is ideal for contemplation and the kitchen is the perfect setting for sampling the local cuisine. As you climb the staircase for a restful night’s sleep, you’ll discover five uniquely decorated rooms. From the Chambre avec Vue, with its colonial atmosphere, to the Suite des Greniers, a spacious loft with enveloping gray tones, each room features colors, fabrics, and furniture carefully chosen by the owners Marie-Claude and Frédéric.
L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, a charming town with famous art and antique fairs, is a short stroll away. Nearby, discover Avignon, with its majestic Palais des Papes and famous festival, or Aix-en-Provence and its picturesque alleyways, straight out of a master painting.

As you walk up the staircase to your room, you’ll discover five unique spaces with a singular decor, filled with colors, fabrics, and furnishings carefully selected by Frédéric and Marie-Claude. Each of these rooms offers exceptional acoustics, warmly colored interiors, and a clever blend of the owners’ travel souvenirs, creations by renowned designers, and works of art such as paintings and photographs. Each room invites you on a journey against the backdrop of breathtaking views over the market square or the peaceful garden.
La Chambre avec Vue (Room with a View)
Measuring approximately 50m2, this junior suite can sleep 2 people in a king-size four-poster bed. This room’s chocolate hues, exotic wood furniture and photos of Zanzibar combine to create a colonial ambience which transports guests to tropical climes. The room boasts a spacious bathroom with a freestanding bath.

La Chambre à la Loggia (Loggia Room)

This 50 m2 room, with its red and brown hues, has a spacious private terrace which overlooks the garden and the marketplace. The ironwork on the balcony was created by expert craftsman Yannick Peyronnet. The shower is hidden behind a frosted glass screen and there is a separate toilet. The room also has a bookcase created by Marc Angosto.

This grey-hued 70 m2 loft consists of a lounge-library, a bedroom with a king-size bed, and a sun terrace with 2 sun loungers under an olive tree. The mezzanine bathroom contains a large bath with Italian taps. The toilet is separate.

La Suite des Ombres (Shadow Suite)

Taking its name from a subtle late-afternoon light and shade effect, this spacious 70 m2 suite has a lounge-cum-library with a view of the marketplace and a large bedroom with a view of the garden. The suite, which is decorated with original paintings and photographs by Denis Brihat, can be converted (on request) into a double family room which can sleep up to 4 people and a small child. The bathroom has two washbasins and a large bath or a spacious shower.
